Kiddies Permaculture

Tai Tam Tuk Foundation is the only HK-based member of  Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation schools network.  Our programme is being developed by Enno Davait who trained with SAKGF Melbourne in 2018- and growing up in the forests of Java, Indonesia, she knows more about plants than anyone we know. 

At Tai Tam Tuk, we are planting an organic forest garden using permaculture principles. Through growing, harvesting and cooking fresh, healthy, and delicious food, we hope to inspire kids of all ages to take care of the planet, take care of themselves and take care of each other. 

Gardening and cooking involve creativity, imagination, patience, persistence, getting dirty, cleaning up, teamwork, and depends on humans and nature working together, using what is readily available, to make something wonderful. They will learn some ace life skills!

Tai Tam Tuk Foundation is a charity set up in 2012. Our programmes won funding from the Environment Bureau and AFCD for biodiversity and environmental education. We are relaunching 2022 Q3 focusing on net positive impact and environmental regeneration.
